Coach House Joinery Partnership Ltd was formed with a cooperative ethos in mind and promotes this ethos with a structure that allows us to minimise our costs and thus offer competitive prices to our customers. This structure ensures that everyone has a vested interest in the business, ensuring that all aspects of production are monitored throughout and that all products and services are completed to the highest standard.

The entire team has over 20 years' individual experience in bespoke joinery manufacture and our freelance estimator and setter out is not only experienced in joinery, but also has a surveying background which allows us to complete both Article 4 Householder planning applications and Listed Building Consent for our customers when these restrictions exist.

Our knowledge and understanding of the building regulations ensures that we can assist our customers in achieving joinery that is fully compliant. Recent additions to the regulations include Approved Document Q, which currently is restricted to New Dwellings only. Our ability to understand and interpret this requirement ensures we can fully assist our customers in working to obtain compliant joinery.

Joinery can be supplied fully spray finished using our own in-house spray booth, where we ensure the product is fully sealed before dispatch. With our comprehensive team of ironmongery suppliers, we can also install a range of high quality, architectural furniture. This includes proprietary folding door systems, multipoint locks and locking furniture.
